The Primavera family has been perfecting the art of making pasta for generations. In 1994, Panfilo and Benedetta, along with their three sons, Joseph, Anthony, and Panfilo Jr., opened their doors for business in Fresno, California. Using the freshest ingredients from the abundant agricultural resources of the Central San Joaquin Valley, the Primavera family began to produce fresh/frozen pastas and sauces using the techniques passed on to them with the application of modern technology and new innovative machinery. The family expanded the company to include a product mix that includes IQF sauce cubes, IQF pasta nests, and a variety of stuffed pastas. Today, the Primavera family operates out of a newly expanded 60,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art USDA/BRC facility, bringing their love of pasta and the beauty of their hometown of Sulmona, Italy to the United States.
